What are the payment options?
Payments on the website we use Stripe due to constraints with other payment methods and our business types. Custom order payments will be discussed.
What is your return policy?
Premade items are eligible for a refund for 30 days after the date of purchase, the item needs to be as it was at the time of sending otherwise only a partial refund will be issued. Custom items are non-refundable. Custom or premade items will be replaced or refunded if they become defective.
Do you have a physical shop?
No but we do sell at a number of markets that include: LAM (London Alternative Market), BofBT (The Bizarre of Tantalising Delights), HEX Market and uncensored, as well as a few conventions such as CFZ and SC.
Do you take custom Commissions?

Where are you based?
we are based in Oxfordshire, we deliver our large items all over the UK and the smaller toys can be shipped worldwide.
Do you do custom engraving on items?
Yes, most items are able to be engraved please contact us to discuss further.
Can I collect my items from a con or market?
yes please contact us to discuss what event you wanted to collect from.
What Social media platforms are you on?
We have Telegram, Twitter (we will not call it X), Instagram and we also have Bluesky because we are fancy.
